Contest Brief

New 96-unit apartment community needs new Logo and Monument Sign design. The uploaded file shows examples of City height and size limitations. We want to follow these general designs but put the new name/logo to the sign. The new name for community is 59 Evergreen. It is a modern green built technology rich rental community. The simple design should reflect that aesthetic.
