Contest Brief

To draw a Tree with Character, it can be similar or completely different to the attached sketch, but not copied from this sketch. (I have not the copyright for the attached image, so it is only included as an example) Your drawing is to go with the words to make a greetings card. It can be coloured, or pen and ink, but I need it to look artistic and not like a cartoon, so would think a hand-drawn image is likely to be my favorite.

I would like the tree to look old and slightly grumpy, not happy or scary
