I need a template made similar to the attached pictures for a fitness diary

If you look at the top of each image you will see the headings. I need someone to create a similar template.

there is a page there that says "This is your moment, own it". I would like 12 different motivational quotes in fancy writing

Diary will be for A5 pages so that must he kept In mind.

The front cover of the diary will have the name of the diary in fancy writing and a eye catching design

Hi CH, just to clarify if you need us to make a template for each of the 8 attached photos and an additional page with 12 motivational quotes? The text and where it is placed in every page should be exactly the same? but we will only change the fonts and add some design elements?
