Contest Brief

I need a one page A4 infographic (produced in Photoshop) producing that gets across some key messages to do with gender reporting; being 1 gender is not a major driver of pay, 2 pay reflects different job titles and responsibility, and 3 the reason for gender pay gap is mostly about the senior individuals being mostly male. Also, 4 pay of staff is good to excellent compared to national averages. We have detailed data that shows this.
