Contest Brief

I need a flyer designed for my gym please. I teach children how to lift weights in a 1 to 1 environment and I am looking to gain new clients aged 13-17 years old but the parents are the ones the flyer needs to appeal to. I would a playful looking flyer but one that will also instil confidence in the parents please.

Youth fitness coach

I teach children how to lift weight and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Every child will go through an assessment and I will build a program specific to their ability and goals.

I will work 1 to 1 with your child and you will have access to the workouts via the CoachRX app.

Qualifications:
OPEX CCP Coach
CrossFit L2 and CrossFit Kids
BrandX Method Youth Strength and Conditioning
Level 2 Fitness and Physical Activity for children
Over 10 years of coaching experience, 7 of which have been specific to coaching children.
