Contest Brief
I need an interactive pdf created that can be used on a mobile device or can be printed. I need spaces for each day of the week, a place where my clients can write in what they will be eating for the day a place for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. I also need a place where they can input the macronutrients contained in each meal. i.e Protein, carbohydrate, fat. I also want there to be a place they can have a total for their calories and macronutrient.
