Contest Brief

Graphic design for a real estate company based in the bay area called "Heritage Fund Realty and Investments". I am going to upload copies of the existing logo and some sample banners. We are looking for a fresh take. For the banners you are welcome to include bay area settings (bay area is the region we are located, in California).

Looking for a couple things:
1. Logo. This can be an updated or redesigned version. Fresh takes are also welcomed.
2. Graphics. Couple banners, backgrounds or thumbnails that can be used as section banners, block backgrounds or post thumbnails, that kind of stuff. These would be just general real estate themed.
