I am in search of a dynamic freelancer who is skilled in UX design, web development and understands the gaming world, preferably football. Your main task will be to improve the user experience and visual appeal of my online football management game.

Following components require your keen focus and skilled touch:
- The Navigation and site structure: It should be user-friendly and seamless to guide the users efficiently through the game.
- Visual design and aesthetics: Keeping in mind the target audience of die-hard football fans, the visual elements should be engaging, crisp, and authentic to the football spirit.

Main goals of this project include:
- Improvement in user engagement: The design should motivate users to explore and interact more with the game.
- Enhanced user retention: The overall experience should compel users to return and continue their gameplay.
