    Thanks for your reply :
    Try this ==>>

    Add flutter/bin folder to the environment variables:

    On windows 10 click start, type environment variables, then click Edit System Environment variables

    Click Environment Variables

    Under User Variables, select the path and click the edit button // Please do in USER VARIABLE AND SYSTEM VARIABLE BOTH.

    Click New and browse the path to your flutter/bin folder

    Click OK

    Restart your Power Shell and run flutter commands again, IF IT DOES NOT , MAKE SURE TO START YOUR PC AFTER DOING ALL STEPS.

    THANKS

      ankit, good morning, i just wanted to thank you, thanks for your interest and time... i want to share something, to be included in future issues, perhpaps it helps... the central issue was a misunderstanding of the procedure of system environment variables... for me it was not clear and i made a new variable named: "flutter" !!!.... from my point of view, the information (online) about flutter and system environment variables should remark "edit the path variable" and in this variable named "path" here insert a new one ( the path to flutter)... here it was the issue... a personal misunderstanding... thanks again... i wish you all the good!
