Hi,

Welcome to the easiest logo design contest you've ever seen!

Why is it so easy?

Because unlike other contests, you don't have to come up with a concept, or design anything from scratch.

We know exactly what we need, and all we need you to do is to make it professionally.

The sample logo provided is the exact design we need. However, the logo was drawn in MS-Paint. So it's not very accurately designed.

What we need you to do, is to make the logo, with properly proportioned spacing, professionally, and add text to the bottom of the logo, in white that says "picket"

We're a fun, playful startup, and hence will require a font that is playful, but also simple at the same time. The entire logo is very simply designed. So we do not want any gaudy looking fonts. We are also not looking for generic fonts.

The purpose of the logo is to be on the splash screen for an app. So if you could also provide the logo in different sizes, with the original file, that would be awesome.

Consider this contest a gateway, as we have several brochures to be made, and you can be sure of receiving a lot more projects if you can shine in the limited scope you've been given.

Summarizing:

1. Redraw the logo, with right proportions. Professionally. If you do feel it necessary to make any changes, please provide the rationale behind it.
2. Add text to the bottom of the logo, that says "picket" (all text in lowercase.)

Do you want to keep the small pixel distortion on the bottom of each fence (white pixel missing on the bottom left and the extra white pixels on the bottom right?

  No, I don't. That's the side effect of using Paint :D Thanks for clarifying. Also, the diagonal line distortion that is typical of using paint, I don't need that either.
