Contest Brief

As an additional appreciation for my team (mostly guys, few girls, 18 to 35 of age), I want them to get a hoodie/t-shirt or similar that is more fancy (but can be retro or whatever) than our normal company and work wear. Therefore it doesn't (shouldn't) have to be based on CD. But company name and reference to main brand MTU (see logo) may be included. May also include the following elements: Activity of our company since 1965 in the field of energy systems, focus on large diesel engines (mechanics). We see ourselves more as a mechanic/workshop company, less as engineers... (see photos for to get our working mood). Activity for: Railroads, ships, emergency power systems.
I would like the idea that the pieces are not just work wear but can be worn in private as well.
Vector-based for screen print with few colors is preferred, but digital print with full color may be considered as well.

For clarification: please not a collection of clip-arts. Don't try to integrate all the inputs form above!!! Use logos only when placed really stylish and supportive for the design.
How do I rate: If not only my employees like to wear that hoodie but my kids beg for one too!
+ I have added a sketch from myself just as an idea, but please, don't focus on the ideas of bones! PLEASE don't just redo my idea, i'm sure a pro can do not only the artwork better but has better creativity too.

You folks did a nice job so far. Hopefully I did not offend anyone with my honest feedback. What will happen now: I'm offline tomorrow and have busy Monday and Tuesday. Therefore you can't expect feedback on every submission from now on. That does't mean i will not consider it! If you have a question, please ask specific (not: "please give feedback on #XY) then i will maybe find some time to answer it.
Not before Tuesday afternoon, I will take my favorites and show it to a small group of my employees. Afterwards I will come back here and if needed get in touch directly with the freelancers that are our favorites.
