Contest Brief

I have a commercial real estate company that needs a new website in Wordpress. I need a new look. I have pretty much all the copy and images, but they will probably need tweaked to fit the use. I want something that is business-like, but cutting edge.

I will want a search area, to search for properties and have them rendered in a list and individually. Remember, we are not a residential real estate company and don't want the typical template & look that is out there for them.

My logo is in a bright red, and have used black & white accents. We are willing to look at other accent colors & feel free to be creative with our logo.
