its more familiar to deliver mockups in PSD form . as most of its work is done on photoshop not illustrator , i can design in on photoshop as ready for coding form.
should i work on it ?

I'll participate, but only if we can submit .PSDs. Illustrator is just not the best tool for this job and will take extra time. Wondering why the requirement on Illustrator? If it is because of the ease of porting, .psd is just as simple. Best regards. :)
