Contest Brief

With the same content as on this attachment I'm looking for:

1. A professional layout with a more professional design.
2. Not cartoonish
3. You can use new colors as long as they are gray/blue/white tones
4. You can use new fonts as long as they are easy to read when you drive by at a slow speed from about 20 feet away.

- Attached is an image of the rough layout, and the photograph/image.

This banner will be located on a construction project and I'd like it to look professional, to me this layout currently looks like it was typed in MS Word.

The deliverable should be a High Res file, with the same dimensions which is 30 inches high and 60 inches wide.
