Hello, freelancers. I need the best designer for this PDF. As you will notice the file has 14 pages, but for the contest I want you to:

- Design only the first 5 pages of it
- Make all these 5 pages visually attractive
- Don't overdesign, just make it look professional (the main color should be this blue - #0050B1)

If you can come up with any graphics, charts or other visual elements that you think can enrich the experience, please, add them in the design too.
