Design a new landing page with unique navigation and then implement that design on WP

Contest Brief

C'estLaVie.store is looking for a talented graphic designer or team of designers to create and implement a brand new landing page (inc header and footer) with a unique one of a kind Navigation in the new header. The inner pages will not need any work except for a new background image or design( very simple and mainly white).We ask all contentents to go to the existing website and look at both the logo which is NOT being changed and also the designs on the products on the site for inspiration. The colours in the logo are the brand colours for C'est La Vie.
please see attached file of 3 very basic possible designs for the navigation in the header. The navigation must display the three main categories as per the drawings, Vie Woman ( womens clothing) , Vie Man (mens Clothing) and Vie Kids ( childrens clothing) . These can be would be best as both TXT and image in the circle as drawn, if possible. When clicked the menu with sub categories under that main category opens.
You must show the different parts in your entries,eg. Landing page with new header and footer, and new nackground for inner pages and perhaps behind the header ....
You also MUST be able to implement what you have drawn if you win the contest. This is part of the competition and if you are unable to do that , you cannot compete. If your design requires some coding, we have our own coder to help with this.
