Contest Brief

Objective:
To design a new uniform for team members to wear in our T-Breweries that is on brand, comfortable and functional.

Design a complete uniform suite including
1. Top- t-shirt, polo, shirt or similar
2. Apron- to protect from water and mess
3. Head wear- hat, cap, visor, bandana or similar to keep hair away from face
4. Other- anything else that will bring a modern fun look to our uniforms

NB- team members will wear either black pants or black or blue jeans with the above

A design that will suit all team members regardless of their sex, height, weight, age.

Background:
Chatime in Australia is known as the home of freshly brewed iced tea. We operate over 70. T-Breweries in shopping centres and strip locations in all states except Tasmania. Our customers range in age from teens through their 20’s, as do our team members.

Our current uniform is outdated, quite boring visually and not in keeping with our values of FUN, INNOVATION and QUALITY. We want our team members to represent the brand and values.
