Design a Logo for "Think In Pixels"

Contest Brief
Hey Guys,
I am starting up a Web Design and Development freelance business, and I require someone to "Sharpen Up" my logo.
I have attached a simple png concept that I need someone to make a real piece.
What I would like to see:
- Proportions need to be fine tuned
- Font choice needs to be worked out. (I would prefer a font with no dots on the i's, unless it's in a square like a pixel.)
- I like the idea of the "red" "green" "blue" colours, I'm not sure if they're the right shades, I'm open to the idea of coloured letters.
- I would prefer the design to work on a white, or black background, the current concept could be inverted to work on black, but keep in mind if you deviate and it doesn't work on both backgrounds it will make it harder to choose your design.
I'm pretty happy with the concept, so your ideas don't need to deviate to much from it. But I won't be opposed to a complete change, I'm fairly open as long as it sticks with the concept that is in the name of the business.
To re-iterate, the company is web design, and development, but mostly development, and it doesn't need to be "business/corporate" it is more "freelancer/solo"
