Contest Brief

We have developed a meta-search engine system that integrates multiple scientific information resources into one place.

It is similar in concept to 'skyscanner' for flights, or 'trivago' for hotels, except that it relates to scientific information.

We call it Sciscanner.

Envisage a scenario whereby you conduct a search on google in relation to some kind of disease or symptom you are currently experiencing (like 'knee pain'). Instead of being presented with a list of search results on google, 'Sciscanner' integrates multiple information resources together (for example, wikipedia, webMD, PubMed, the Cochran library and more), and presents you with a summary from each resource.

We have prepared some draft logos to guide you, but we would encourage authors to be creative.

We need a logo, and icon and a font (sans serif, something akin to Helvetica Neue) for our system.
