Contest Brief

Canada Kitchen is a food trailer located near to the greater Fukuoka metropolitan area in southern Japan. The Canadian owner, a longtime foodie and part-time cook, who has lived in Japan for the past 25 years, will make various take out internationally inspired food that is tasty, fresh, affordable and marketed to the local Japanese. The trailer will sit in the parking area of the cooks house, with ample parking for 5 or 6 cars. The food will primarily be take out but the view from the parking area is quite nice and people may decide to sit in their cars and eat. As much as possible he will use locally sourced ingredients.

Logo will be used prominently on the food trailer, staff clothing, take out food packaging, etc. The logo should reflect friendliness, fun, freshness! The owner, a Baha’i, likes the number 9. The logo will be used for all branding and marketing. I need something that will look good not just on a website, but on video, marketing copy etc. preferably something that will have a version for a light background as well as one for a dark background. We will require the final version in .ai and .jpeg formats please. Trailer is not yet complete, painting will be done after logo is chosen.

I have added another picture of the food trailer that I will be using. I have deposited another $50US and ask for a color scheme on the trailer. What will the trailer look like with the logo, what color will the trailer be? Thus the additional money. I will be painting the trailer based upon what you all come up with.
