Design a Logo and Banner for two sites based off existing Design

Contest Brief
- We need two Logo's and Banners designed based on our existing design of www.pnet.com.au and a new site distributedcloud.com.au (2 logos and 2 banners in total)
- 1 of 2 is to replace the pnet.com.au logo and banner due to copyright issues.
- 2 of 2 is to launch a new product called Distributed Cloud being distributedcloud.com.au
- Distributed Cloud product is the same technology as Drop Box, Box and Google Drive. This is to give you the concept of the product
- Require High Res illustrator or Photoshop files that will be large enough for pull up banners and street advertising down the track.
- Require Distributed Cloud logo and banner within 2 days
- Must use similar pascal colours to existing PNET logo to reatint the look and feel but enough to avoid copyright issues.

It is a copy...you can easily see that the white lines are the same and in the same position absolutely nothing different (I'm referring to the white lines that represent the so called "distribution") like the white lines from the free design on vecteezy. even the shape of the cloud is the same...but i'm not surprised since freelancer is full of this kind of copy cats...All he did was to download the free vector and remove the geometrical effects on the cloud and make the white lines bigger..what a designer...

Do you want to redesign the logo of pnet.com.au to have no problems with copyright, or you need totaly new design but with the same colors? And you said that you need logo for new site firstly than to existing site, am I right?
