Contest Brief
This is a Web App for statistical analysis of medical research studies (Clinical Trials).
We want a strong web presence, this design ideas will later be used for the rest of the website.
See the current draft at trials101.com, and the attached screenshot.
A central idea of the app is: Hides statistical complexity, expose simple answers. The app deals with complex statistical analysis, but present the results in simple, user friendly tables and figures.
Logo:
You have complete freedom to experiment with ideas, but the logo should include the name of the App, Trials 101.
Website banner/slider
Banner/slider
The banner/slider will replace the top blue header in the current draft of the website. It may be a single slide (fix header), or a maximum of two slides. The slides will be deployed in WordPress with the Revolution Slider plugin. Please look at the current draft in the screenshot/website.
The slides should include these two phrases:
- "Web based trial tools"
- "Hides statistical complexity, expose simple answers."
You may, or may not, use the current stock image (light and dark blue image with gears). We like that particular image because it shows complexity and outputs simplicity. We purchased the original art from iStockphoto. I attached a low res copy.
it would be a plus if you can integrate into the slide the figure with the cycle (study design -> simulation -> analysis), see screenshot.
We prefer: Minimalist, clear, simple, professional designs.
We really like innovative designs, thinking out of the box. Surprise us!
