Contest Brief

I need a logo for a company which does rent-to-own houses in Phoenix, Arizona. My idea is to have an hourglass with money on top and a house on the bottom, like the sand (money) pours into a pile (same shape as the roof of a house). However, I'm also open to other design ideas. I prefer a relatively simple logo which will look good in various sizes and monochrome.
