Greetings. I am uploading 5 renders with 2 images with the related prices. The cost of the furniture and lamps are around 3600-3700 euros without the decorative stuffs(flowers, plants, books). Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Also this will be a space to have events like talks and presentations, for this we need the office seating to double as event seating, meaning the furniture should be lightweight and easy to move

Hey Linder, really like your work and so far its looking like you will win the contest. The style you proposed is exactly along the lines of what we want but there are some things that need improvement. Since this is a residential building and this room is the only one with pool access, there needs to be a clear line to the pool entrance. Basically the path from the door to the glass door should be relatively free. In this case the layout of the furniture and space should be a bit different. Also since this will also be an art exhibition space I wouldnt want the shelving unit directly on the wall like you designed.
