#13 is the best design so far, our suggestion is to 1) remove the border, 2) change text: Dhaba @15 to Dhaba at 15 3) add text: INDIAN STREET CAFE above: GRAND OPENING. 3) not to stretch image, but have the dark border go around it 4) Finally see if you can incorporate some of the images provided?
