Contest Brief

I Need a brochure template designed using either Pages or Sketch (both mac applications).The brochures need to include background images as the primary theme for the brochure and then have image place holders and text placeholders which are editable. (the original content will be as per hand out pdf provided) The flyers will be targeting business owners and need to be print ready for both laser and commercial printing.

I would be ok with the templates in Psd or .ai format also as long as the text and images are separate from the background and layout as my software cannot import and separate layers.

I am after A5 size (front, 2 x internal and back)
