     The advantage of awarding it sir to a freelance instead of making it a contest is that you can review it better. but I guess you can do that also in a contest but the assurance that it will be revised as per your comment will be less, especially when you've already paid the price. thank you.

     Sir, I noticed that the dwg file is diffrent from the pdf file copy. Never the less I used the PDF file since it is more detailed.

  Yes sir, I have submitted a bid for the next project. Its up to you sir if you will make it into a contest, since I guess you'll have a bigger savings if you make a fixed guaranteed price. Never the less, I am working on that project now so encase you'll make it into a contest my entries will be ready. Thank you again.
