Contest Brief

I need a logo for my new website, i have created a mock-up the colors need to use. What i need from the designer is some creativity. I have refereed a website which might help in getting the idea. Please go through the document attached and comment. This logo is used for software development company.

Logo acceptance criteria:
1- Original file (photoshop or illustrator vector format).
2. .svg file. Please suggest size for websites.
3- .png logo file with transparent background. I need recommendation what logo background needs to be. Attached document contains idea of the website design.

This is just a start, i need to design the home page and other pages of my website. I will prefer someone who has the HTML/CSS/ Javascript/ UX and design skills.
