  All the biggest rating you gave to the entries with a mockup presentations. They are not an actual designs. The original designs are "flat". Watch out, people are using many tricks to win the contest. Many contest holders who don't know about mockups, had problems when they select a mockup entry as the winning one and after they see the original. Mockups always look much better then the original. They can't be use for printing, sites, etc. The designer must told to a CH when they using a mockup, but many don't do that. Look, you rated entries 20 and 21 differently, but this is the same design, just different mockups. Ask contestants (7,8,9,12,20,21) to show you the "flat" design just to be sure that you really like the design.

     Also, the entries 11 and 12 are the same design presented in two different mockups and you rated it differently. The same is with the entries 9 and 10. I hope you understand what I'm talking about.
