I require a Terms and Conditions Document created for my webpage (Link below). Please make yourself familiar with the service I offer and create a legal document (Terms and Conditions) that will provide me with legal protection should something happen as a result of a member causing harm, injury or any financial loss etc (negligence and the usual stuff). It should be consistent with other Australian documents of this type (PLEASE DONT COPY ANOTHER WEBSITES TERMS AND CONDITIONS - LOOK AT FOR IDEA'S MAYBE, BUT PLEASE MAKE THIS ORIGINAL). It needs to have a clause that Membership can be terminated for any reason and all information within the site is included.
