Contest Brief

Our company’s name is Think Realty, and we’d like to thank you for checking out our contest, you rock! People hate real estate agents because, let's face it, the barrier to entry is low and most only care about bragging about closings and patting themselves on the back..used car salesmen, at best.

Our mission and our goal is different. We are about lifting others up and celebrating the wins of our clients, not ourselves. As military veterans, we wanted a vehicle for giving back to the community that has helped us so much, and with Think Realty we will be partnering with 15 Tampa area 501c3 charities and giving back 10% of every dollar our company brings in.

We are in the final stages and have been stumped with a huge part of our identity: a logo. We want something to convey a new style, forward thinking, and community service. We love negative space images, so the more creative the better! Would love to see something that ties Florida in if possible, however not sure how that would work without seeming forced.
