Contest Brief

Local based Australian Companies/designers highly favoured.

The flyer will be focused on social media and email, and the aim is to createa really engaging flyer, and we can then follow this up with more words. At this stage this flyer won't be printed.

The winner will be selected by mock designs and then past work, with shortlisting the finalists and then presenting these designs at a team meeting with all Fireball managers.

One of our keys to our success is our premier 'Fireball Tennis' brand', which generates interest into our programs.

We have reached a point in our company, where we looking at changing our marketing/graphic designer team, so we can go to the next level in our business. The successful contest winner here, will have opportunity to be our favoured graphic designer, and we look forward to many future projects.

Our current graphic designer is excelllent and maintain a great relationship, however it is now time to go to the next level with our marketing and graphic designs.

When looking at our brand guidelines, please visit our website, www.fireballtennis.com.au and go to tennis.com.au/hotshots and we leverage of this multi million doller marketing budget. The key is fun, fresh, engaging, professional and sporty.

The key criteria in our quest is proven past work portfolio that aligns with where we want to head with our Fireball brand. The Tennis Australia Hot Shots marketing is great example for what we are looking for.

This currently project is an ace opportunity for a local designer to demonstrate their excellence, and this can biuld into a long term partnership.

All marketing work must be in alignment with our Fireball Tennis brand guidelines, which can be found on our website, www.fireballtennis.com.au

The current project is as follows - we are looking at creating a flyer for our upcoming Fireball Tennis Australian Bushfire relief fundraiser.

Please note, we are including all the words here, however they are not expected in the design ( just the key details), and great photos.

We are aiming to generate between $15,000 to $25,000 for the Bushfire charities, and here the following key details

Event - Fireball Twelve Hour Bushfire Fundraiser Relief Event

Date - Sunday 19th of January 2020

Time - 7am to 7pm.

Venue - Yallambie Tennis Club

Fireball coaches committed to this event - will be announced.

Charities - All proceeds from the day will be donated to the following charities. ( you can select a charity here mate) and 50% will go to Wildlife Victoria.


Cost - $120 two hour private lessons
$60 one hour private lessons
$30 half an hour private lessons
All proceeds go directly to Bushfire charities.

Party Hour from 6-7pm - raffle for the following prizes

    One common mistake on this project is the flyer colours, please make these colour bright and engaging, we are a tennis company. To be successful for this project, the colours must align with our Fireball branding - can see through our website. Whilst also be patriotic and inconic to Australia, helping out fellow Australians.
