Contest Brief

WHAT:
We require a corporate identity. We want a fresh, simple, clean and modern logo. The Company name is SAERT.
It should not use too many colors/designs/fonts etc.

We would like a logo that can become an icon, the format should be icon + font meaning. The icon can or not, contain a reference to the name.

WHO WE ARE:
We are a new Real Estate Company dedicated to the Development and structuring of Real Estate Projects. The main function is to create Real Estate projects building the team that will be part of it. This team must be integrated by a good location (land), product, Management, Builder, Designer and Sales. This Company must guarantee that the parties selected are the best of breed.
At the begining our role will be as Structurer, but in the mid term, the idea is to convert SAERT acting as a bróker, even also as the Project Manager of the Project. All those future possibilities must be considered in the logo.
It´s important to mention that SAERT are the Initial letters of the Company owner´s name. His experience and knowledge in the Real Estate Market is the Company most valuable asset.

OUR AUDIENCE:
Our main target are builders and developers. Another target will be the land owners, in which we will try to generate a strong Brand awareness to show confidence and experience in new businesses.

WHAT WE REQUIERE TO AWARD THE PRIZE:
To award the prize the participant should send color logos, black and white logos for horizontal and vertical uses, and whatever the participant thinks will help us in making a decision.

THE WINNER SHOULD SEND US THE FOLLOWING:
1. Full color logos. (High Definition)
2. Black and white logos. (High Definition)
3. Gray logos. (High Definition)
4. Reversed Logos.
5. Horizontal and vertical uses.
6. For each version the following file formats:
a. PSD
b. EPS
c. JGP
d. GIF
e. TIFF
f. PDF
g. AI

7. The CMYK and RGB references used so this way they don’t experience strange color issues when printing and developing web matirial.
8. Business Card design
9. Letter Head
10. Envelope
11. HTML Email Footer Template
12 PowerPoint Template
All deliverables should be consistent look and feel that drive brand identity.

The winner of this contest could be selected for the following additional work:

1. Website Design
2. Build the Website

#1 Looks a little bit sad and static, only black. I think we need more than black. May be the blue of the freelancer logo or a little darker.
