Contest Brief

My partners and I are looking to have a logo developed for our real estate company. Currently, we buy, fix/build and sell houses. Eventually we want to expand our business into other areas of the industry therefore we came up with the name "5 or (Five) Star Development" to represent us. We are a team of 5 investors who's primary goal is to ultimately create top of the line developments for our clients. We do not have slogan but if you can think of one it would be great. I came up with " 5 Star Developments - Premium Quality Guaranteed". I would like different variations of that and the logo.
