Contest Brief

I have many mental trainings (hypnoses) that I will upload on YouTube. Now I should have a nice clickbaiting thumbnail that probadly roughly matches my existing colors/logo of health-generation.com. I need a thumbnail which I can easily customize and add to all of my hypnoses.

Design hint:

- They are hypnoses, so maybe better no people in sitting position, but if you add people then better in lying position. (as in example 1)
- The design should maybe fit to the existing color scheme in a light tone. I have added our logo (exampel 2) and the intro of the mental trainings (exampel 3) of health-generation.com.
- I need two different sizes of text in the thumbnail, which i can later easily edit.

Use a resolution of 1,280 × 720 (minimum width: 640 pixels). Upload in image formats such as JPG, GIF or PNG. Do not exceed a maximum size of 2 MB. I also need a file format which I can easily edit again in my Photoshop afterwards.

I have added examples of thumnails how they can probadly look like. (exampel 4 & 5) But you are free in the design and a simple design prefered.
