Contest Brief

I'm seeking a professional who can design a central kitchen layout for my bakery, pastry, and sandwiches. Including list of all brand name of equipments list, the brand name must be first class known and the facility can be adopted for any kind of bakery or pastry products.



Key Requirements:
- Equipment: The central kitchen needs to be equipped with an oven, a mixer, a food processor, proofers, and all other essential equipment for such a facility.
- Size: The estimated size of the central kitchen space is 200 square meters. The layout and design should make efficient use of this space and ensure optimal workflow.
- The brand must be used , Rational,
- The kitchen can produce various production capacity.
- estimated to work 24hours around 10 people per shift, must consider workflow operation.
- the Kitchen can produce sandwiches, the hygiene of row meat must be considered
- must write in the design layout as designer name “ Chef Supplies”
- must clarify the sections workflow of bakery which are:
1- dry storage.
2- Cold row material storage.
3- preparing area.
4- mixing area.
5- backing.
6- packing area. and final storage freeze room.


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in designing and setting up central kitchens for similar setups is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in layout design that optimizes space and ensures a smooth workflow.
- Knowledge of essential equipment for bakery, pastry, and sandwich production.


Need the design skitch urgent, need only the layout 2D and 3D, any mechanical and electrical requirements not required and we will work with you after desgin completed, we can select the designer as soon as possible with the required experience. Using in the design the brand "Rational" for equipment to produce different type of production sizes
