Contest Brief

I need an artist who can draw a cartoon (one image) based on a photo and some ideas / details which have to be added.

EDIT:

There are two ideas, but I haven't decided yet which I will take:

1st:
The person on the photo should have a spear in one hand (on top of the spear there should be a shoe, something like the one from the statue attached)
In the other hand he should have a pint of guinness.
In the background there should be the church steeple like on the photo attached.

2nd:
The person on the photo should have a music sheet in one hand and a pint of guinness in the other one.
The second person from the statue (i will provide a more detailed image if requested) will have a spear with a shoe on the top in one hand and a pint of guinness in the other one.
The two persons should touch their glasses.
In the background there should be the church steeple like on the photo attached.

The whole image should look funny and doesn't have to look too realistic, but it's important that the faces are recognizable ;)
It should not only be a photoshop collage, but it should be drawn, so it will be absolutely unique.
It will be a design for T-Shirts and paper print.
