Contest Brief

I have a Ford Ranger pickup /ute that has been highly modified. However it needs to have a ladder rack fitted to the back for occasional use. A normal ladder rack is a piece of 3" aluminium that is bent and put at the back of the tray but what I want has to be in keeping with the car. It needs to be a one off custom piece that looks as sporty as the rest of the car - not like a typical plumbers car.

I'm looking for someone who can provide a cool concept that I can then give the metal fabricator. If you like sketching cars and coming up with novel ideas, this could be right up your alley. The car features regularly on instagram posts from the car modifiers and the audio guys so you'll get some cool links to share for your portfolio in addition to whatever we agree as a price. What I'm looking for is a concept - a sketch - a rough idea - not an engineering design. The engineering of it becomes the problem of the fabricator!
