Contest Brief

Hiya!
We are looking for someone to make 2-3 background images for our website, Button Besties. Our business is simple- we send out button craft kits to kids.
The first background will be on the landing page. It needs to have a lot of purple (as this is our website colour. I've included the shade of purple in this description). It also needs to be bright, clear and appealing to children. It should encompass the idea of buttons and crafts and fun. It should also fade to white at the top (an example can be found in the attached image).
The second background can be a solid, static image, with doodles that encompass the idea of crafts, kids and fun.
Both backgrounds should appeal to boys and girls. They should also leave space in the middle for website information.
UPDATED NOTICE: Please note that our craft kits don't include sewing, so please no needles, thread or tape measurers. We do, however, use glue pots, tweezers, glitter, buttons and crystals.
