Contest Brief

Please read this update fully.
I think there was some confusion over the request. I want you to give me a great logo, one that if you saw it, you would say.. “I want to do business with them”. I left it open for all ideas.
Things I do not want are:
2 basic rectangles that overlap and have the business name in it - That is an immediate decline
I don’t want artwork that is too abstract that you cant tell if the animal is a dog, or a cow. Hope that makes sense.
I don’t want artwork that is 2 or 3 pieces from shutterstock, or others and stuck together.
I don't want a saw blade around my logo. I follow a lot of woodworkers on Youtube and other sites, they all seem to have a logo in a saw blade. I want something more original. Unless you come up with the most remarkable looking logo with a saw blade (lol)

What I do want:
Good clean logo
Not too busy, less is more. I want it to look good embroidered on my shirts. If there is too much to embroider, it looks bad after a wash or two.
If possible I would like to incorporate 5 stars in the logo (I am open to something other than a star if it fits the design better) but the stars will be in 3 groups, 1 star, 2 stars, 2 stars.

Business Description: Laser Engraving, CNC, Woodworking, Other craft/maker work

We offer custom laser engraving on wood, plastic, metal. We do woodworking, light furniture builds, custom cutting boards. With our CNC we create custom wood and metal items, such as a custom wood iPad mount for a school.
I think our whole idea is “custom”
