Contest Brief

Need a business graphic that shows the forces of change and disruptive technologies on business and the need for them to transform the way they work in order to succeed in the digital economy. The solution is to develop business agility, which has several elements. Those that don't become more agilie run the risk of failure in the coming digital economy. I need a single illustration that somehow tells this story visually.

If you can, I am looking for a stylized picture with a stormy sea on the left, a calm, sunny sea on the right and a sailboat in the middle heading for the calmer water. the storm has the words Changing Customer Demands, Aggressive Competition, Disruptive Technologies, Multi-channel Busines Models, the calm sea has Speed to Market, Customer Satisfaction, Competitive Advantage, Reduced Costs. The sails have the words Technoligcal Agility, Process Agility, Organization Agility, and the boat has the words Grit, Leadership, Culture Change, Courage.
