Contest Brief

We are a property company that services our landlords by offering lettings and management services for Residential property across London. Please see our website : www.thepropertycompany.co.uk.

We have been established for 20 years and we are undergoing a brand update. We have decided that we do not want to stray too far from our current logo in terms of imagery, i.e. we want to keep the same idea and just update it. With regards to our company name, we want to update the font, the concept, and how it is laid out with the logo, i.e. arranged above it/beneath it/on its side. We are not changing the company name, we just want to bring the whole package into the 21st Century, whilst retaining our traditional values and work ethic which has served our same clients well for over two decades.

LOGO - I have provided an image of our existing logo, and I have also provided an image of our new and updated logo which we have been working on with designers and we are quite happy with, however I want to see if anyone can improve upon it. Our logo has been a Lions Head Door Knocker. The original logo was not very clear and many of our clients were not really aware of what it was when we took a survey. We want an updated lions head door knocker which comes across as; Corporate, Traditional, Serious (but not scary), and Regal. We believe these things will convey our established presence in the market, and show we are an updated outfit but with the same approach to business.

FONT - We have had the same font for our company name, the project description is exactly the same for the font, please come up with something which conveys the same message.

I have provided a PDF list of those images we have had developed for us so far, and I have also attached an image of one of our current business cards for you to see our current logo and the way our company name is written i.e. font/size etc.
