Need a landing page built that will serve as a loading page that keeps users captive for a few seconds before a 301 redirect brings users to an external page. See gif of graphic of mock-up for page design. Need this built ASAP and to high standard.

I have said several times please just don't lift the design from the PDF and try and apply it onto a page, similar with the gif. The gif is the closest representation of an idea of what it should be like, I need it executed better, designed better, and suitable as a landing page.
