Contest Brief

I am looking for a designer to create a banner for a timeline graph. The purpose of the timeline graph is to show project progress, and the banner should have a modern style with vibrant colors. I would like the designer to use their creativity to come up with a design that will stand out. Ideal skills and experience for this job include graphic design, knowledge of color theory, and experience creating banners for data visualization.

The idea behind the timeline is to show how long is spent on each stage of a recruitment for a sales manager.

If they start the process in Jan, i want the timeline to illustrate the amount of time it will take for each phase.

Guidelines are;
Identifying the right candidate - 4 weeks
Interview process -12 weeks
Notice period 4 weeks
Onboarding 4 weeks
GTM 4 weeks
