I need a modern logo design for Bailey Homes, my home building company. The logo must incorporate Blue, Black, Navy Blue, Gray, and White- a color palette that represents our brand well.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in graphic design and logo creation
- Ability to communicate and design with modern aesthetics in mind
- A good understanding of color theory is a plus
- Previous work with construction or homebuilding companies is desirable

The logo should be capable of making a lasting impression and standing out in a competitive industry. It should reflect our commitment to quality construction and modern design philosophy.
