Contest Brief

I need an icon and splash screen for an iPhone and Android app. I'm looking for a logo mainly, the splash screen can just be the icon with an extended background.

The app's name is iDailyNews and it is kind of similar to Google News ( https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/google-news-weather/id913753848?mt=8 ). I don't really like its icon because it's a little too dull and not easy to find on screen. I prefer icons with bright colors.

With over a million apps on the App Store it’s important to choose the right icon. I want something that stands out but also gives a sense of what the app is used for. The images have to be clean cut and professional, and it should be easy for users to find on a phone screen full of icons.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Photoshop's layered PSD format is required in addition to PNG format.
