Here I have an Excel file with the Order Payments control of one important client.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
I removed all the formula/conditional formating on the file and the backup tabs because it would not be relevant.
There are 2 tabs now: EVA and STATIONERY. Each line of these 2 tabs show one order that has been placed.
Each order has a total USD amount.
EVA orders are big, and each order needs multiple payments, in different dates, which are manually input. The file accepts up to 8 payments for each order.
STATIONERY orders are smaller, they may need up to 3 payments only.

The dates and the amount of each payment is either manually input or has specific formula that was deleted because it's not relevant for this task.

On the top of each tab there is a control panel. It shows how much money my company has in posession (USD in Posession), and how much money is necessary to be paid in a certain time interval. Each panel shows the data for that specific tab only.

WHAT I NEED:
To make a 3rd tab on this file that will generate a report showing the payments (and their details) that need to be made according to a specific time interval.

I made a 3rd Tab as a simple example of how that report should look like and what information it should show. Basically I need to see the DATE, SUPPLIER, PRODUCT, and AMOUNT for each line.

The departure point should be the Time Interval set on the REPORT tab. If I set the interval 08-Nov-2017 to 30-Nov-2017 the formulas should find all the dates that match this time interval on both Tab 1 (EVA) and Tab 2 (STATIONERY), and show me the results as a report list, organized by date, showing each payment that is due along those dates previously set.

This matter goes beyong my Excel skills and this is why I am trying to get it done here.
