Contest Brief

I am looking to design a boat logo for a boat named "Thundercat". I am looking to incorporate a Cats head transitioning to a wave for transfer onto vinyl wrap along the side of the boat. A matching text will also be required for the name of the boat. An example of the cats head is attached. Logo will need to be supplied in JPG and Adobe Formats
