This has potential. However, I feel that the brain isn't neccesary. Maybe you can replace it with a storm (the hand supports the internal storm of the mind), or a tree (symbolizes growth). Both of these objects can also be made to look a little (but only a little) like a brain. In addition, it might be nice if it had some sort of a small indication of the "online" nature of the activities.
