I started freelance writing in 2009. I have tried so many sites but I discovered Freelancer this year and it has enabled me to unleash my potentials as a writer. I started by writing 5 topics a day until I reached handling 50 topics a day by building my own team. As an individual writer, I work 6 days a week and can come up with around 10 articles a day. I purchased my own copyscape to ensure that my articles are plagiarism free. Just recently, I also purchased a grammar checker to also ensure that my submitted articles will be free from errors. I have high regard when it comes to quality and accuracy. That is why, I do not write more than 3 topics a day. I'm Canadian and being a Native English speaker gives me several advantages. I engage in writing fulltime as my career of choice. I can answer to emails promptly. I assure you that I am easy to work with. I am an open-minded person and I care to understand the needs of my clients. You can give me various topics; I do not choose. I also maintain a team of writers. You can also try my team's caliber should you have bulk writing requirements. I follow strict operational procedures with my team to ensure that accuracy and quality won't be compromised. My team is composed of writers worldwide handling different niches. I have financial to medical writers, copywriters, etc. We follow strict guidelines when it comes to client relationship. Operating Days - 7 days a week 2. I have copyscape to check originality. 3. As much as possible I do not allow one writer to write more than 5 a day in order not to compromise quality. But I have writers who are capable of writing more as they devote 80% of their time daily to writing. 4. I pay my writers on a weekly basis, every Friday in particular. If I will be able to win a project, I request for a weekly payment too. Upfront payment will be much appreciated. 5. I strictly follow Freelancer's rules of engagement. This is the reason that I ask for milestone payments for every project. We will only start working once milestone has been set-up. 6. I have my own Virtual Assistant to work on the collation, submission, and distribution of topics. I assure you that my Virtual Assistant can work on my behalf as I may not be available sometimes. For me and my team, this is not all about writing and earning money. More to this, the friendship we build among us and to our clients is more precious.
